You would imagine out hope that an inde cosmetic brand would care enough about tier customers and sales to follow up on a theft of one l of tier delivered packages that were delivered and then caught on security footage being stolen! I sent tat footage to dedesignature and they refused to help. Even though I am hand have been in the beauty business for over 40 years, this company could care leas about this reputation which is not in the gutter in New Haven CT! That’s equivalent to a small scale NYC. I hope they’re pleased with themselves! Regardless of whether the thief had dedesignature actual package in Ritter hands in the footage I sent this customer service, they should get it that all 4pckgs were stolen that day Ana dedes was definitely 1 of them. So on top of paying $100+for a single regular sized palette, nothing special about the shades palette, it was stolen. I paid for delivery insurance and they refuse to honor that. In fact they made me feel awful while I was reporting the theft. They made me feel responsible it as if I was deliberately creating this entire idea of reporting a stolen palate but what I had in my side as evidence was my security footage! So o just told Dede that if She felt the need to keep my $100+for what I’ve heard was an insignificant eye shadow formula palette, so be it. It was a gift and not I’m completely embarrassed by this company and left empty handed as far as gifting my friend so I just gave then the amount of the pallet. What a shame. Customer service could’ve turned an awful situation (especially from a first time buyer) into an ongoing reputation, buy me. Which in NEW HAVEN CT which is equivalent to a mini NYC DEDES is basically screwed. What I recommended could have helped thief profit margin tremendously, by a make up artist with over 40 yrs. Experience and much respect by my clients and collages has not turned into the complete opposite. I will NEVER recommend dedessignature specifically bc this customer service is not only bad but it’s condescending and from I’ve heard there product (eye shadow formula) leave a bunch of glitter and very soft unworkable foiled shadows, even with a top notch glitter glue, in people eyes. Thays not become a medical issue. My recommendation is to dryer clear off dedesignature cosmetic at all costs. Thier formula and quality is not subaltern to a$100 pallet and their make up could end up up in the hospital ER Or worse, blind. Stay away at all cost from the company and the products they produce. Even on you tube, the influencers are obviously having trouble
And a difficult time as they are trying to perform a look using dedesignature eyeshadow and formulas. Therefore the fact that the dedesignature refused to refund my money, especially after buying the delivery insurance and providing security footage of a person stealing all packages delivered the day including dededignature pallet
and delivery. No doubt about that, it was in the pile of deliveries that was stolen is absurd. I told her and she completely began to gaslight me! That’s the last time I’ll ever do business with her. I’ll never give her company a recommendation in fact I’ll reiterate the horrific experience I had ordering from her company and then customer service refusing to reimburse my money especially after buying the delivery insurance. So done waste your money in a sub par product to begin with. After the horror stories I’ve heard is the application of threads overly soft shadows that fall into people’s eyes even em with a to notch flower glue, it’s totally not with it! You’re talking a risk on your eyesight also tremendously!? Like I said, ask customer service has to do was refund my insured money she ask this v

The mattes blend easily and quickly, very new user friendly. But the shimmers are show stopping! Champagne pop is the best neutral shimmer I’ve used in a long time! No fall out, which is wild for a shimmer like this ❤️
