I haven't had to "utilize" the shipping protection for any issue...yet. However, I have with another vendor and I'm happy I had purchased it. With eyeshadow palettes as delicate as they are, some are going to break in transit. With shipping protection, it makes getting the issue resolved VERY quickly instead of having to file a claim with the shipping carrier. I always pay for it.
The quality of the chromes is amazing and the colour selection is very thought throught.
The product was really well protected with a lot of layers of bubble wrap.
Arrived promptly and well protected. The shadows are beautiful.
