Processing:

Current processing time is between 6-10 business days. For orders to residents within the USA, once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders outside the USA can take up to 10 - 21 business days depending on the courier, weather conditions and customs.

Worldwide Shipping and Restrictions:
we currently ship worldwide. Send an email to dedessignature@gmail.com in case your area is declining shipments and we would work to figure a way out .

Duties and Taxes:
All international orders are subject to duty and customs fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duties fees are not included in your Dedes’Signature order and/or shipping total. Dedes’Signature is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For items purchased at DEDESSIGNATURE.COM, products may be returned for a 100% money-back guarantee if no damage or use within 30 days of purchase.

If you'd like to return your purchase, please make sure you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All sales final on sale and markdown items.

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax (if applicable). Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles
